We deliver, you get paid
Names come out, the buyer gets a copy, and you’re paid per contract schedule.
What you give. What you get.
Everything here goes into the contract.
The buyer pays us, so our services do not cost you a dime.
Names come out first.
Customer and employee names, phones, emails and addresses are removed before any buyer sees a record.
You approve what’s included.
You approve what’s included. Not a real customer.*
Buyers want how the work gets done.
Your records show how a real business runs, day after day. You choose which systems and date ranges are in and what stays out.
Job and work records
Work orders, job notes, quotes and change orders. This is how the work really gets done.
Email and chats
Threads with customers, vendors and your team. Names come out first.
Documents and files
Proposals, checklists, procedures and drawings your team uses every day.
Accounting and billing
Invoices and estimates. Pricing you’d rather keep private can stay out.

- And most others
We agree on the systems and date ranges with you first. We don’t ask for access to anything until you’ve approved the scope.
We run businesses too.
We’re Faraz and David. Between us, we’ve owned businesses for 10+ years. We’ve been through the business cycles.
We have gone through the entire process with our own businesses, so you can trust us to guide you.

Owner-run
Two founders who run the business. You talk to us, not an overseas worker.
Smooth Process
We faciliate every aspect of the deal until it closes.
Privacy First
All customer data is anonymized. You are in control.
What we promise, and what we can’t.
Every line below goes into the contract.
You approve every deal
Nothing is shared until you sign.
You keep the originals
A buyer gets a copy, for one purpose and a set time.
Names come out first
Customer and employee names, phones and emails are removed before any buyer sees a record.
Your lawyer reviews it
We send the draft license early. We don’t give legal advice.
You can walk away
At any step. No hard feelings and no follow-up barrage.
What we can’t promise
Not every business qualifies. Talk to us and we will advise you.
When the honest answer is no.
We would rather tell you now than waste your time.
Client-owned work
If a contract says the client owns the work, those projects stay out. We check that together before anything goes further.
Records you can’t separate
If most of what you hold is personal or medical information that can’t be taken out, there may be nothing we can license.
You’d rather not
If you don’t want your records used to train AI, that’s a fair answer. Say no and we’ll leave it there.
What’s in it for you.
No new project and no sale of the company. Here is what you get.
Money from work you already did
The records are already in your files. A buyer pays to learn from a copy of them.
You keep running the business
You keep the business, the originals and your customers. We find the buyer and handle the paperwork.
You stay in control
You approve each deal and you decide what’s in. Say no or walk away at any step.
What owners say.
TrueLinkage created an excellent documentation of my business and got me top dollar for my records
The TrueLinkage team did all the work for me, and the entire process was really easy.
Very organized and thorough. Anonymized my data so my customers stay protected.
See if your records fit.
Five ordinary questions about how your company runs. Nothing to upload and no data team needed. You get a straight answer by email.
- If it looks like a fit, you talk to a person
- If it doesn’t, we say so
- Nothing is shared with anyone else
The questions you’re already asking.
Including the ones we’d rather not get.
Is this a scam?
Fair question. We’re business owners ourselves, our names are on this page, and you pay nothing unless a deal you approved closes.
Am I selling my company?
No. It’s a license, not a sale. A buyer gets a copy of certain records, for one purpose and a set time. You keep the business, the originals and your customers.
What’s the catch? What’s your cut?
Our fee is paid entirely by the buyer, so we charge you nothing.
What about my customers’ privacy?
Names, phones, emails and addresses come out before any buyer sees a record. You approve what’s included, and we show you a before and after.
My employees never agreed to this.
Then those records stay out. We check what your handbook and policies allow first, and you can leave out HR files and personal chats.
My lawyer will say no.
Bring your lawyer. We send the draft license before you commit. We don’t give legal advice, and yours should read every word.
Am I giving away my edge?
The license sets one purpose, one term and limits on what the buyer can do. Pricing, bids and anything else you want protected can stay out.
How much of my time does it take? Do I clean anything up?
About 1 hour of yours and 4 hours from your staff. We do the rest. Messy is normal. You don’t clean anything up.
Will my business qualify?
Maybe not. Many won’t. Five questions will tell us, and if the answer is no, we’ll say so.
Find out if your records fit.
Answer five questions, or write to us. A person will reply, not a call center.
