How we handle personal information.

1. Who we are

TrueLinkage is a DBA of Livlumen LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through truelinkage.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. The short version

We collect what you type into our forms and calculator, plus basic technical information about your visit. We use it to reply to you and to tell you honestly whether your records look like a fit. We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for access to your systems or files through this website. Nothing about your business is shared with a buyer unless you approve that specific deal.

3. What we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact details: your name, work email, company name and, if you choose to add it, a mobile number.
• Messages: anything you write in our contact form or in a data brief from an AI company.
• Calculator answers: your answers to the five “See if my records fit” questions (such as company size, years in business, the systems you use and whether you have contracts that limit sharing), plus the score and result we calculate. If you choose “save and finish later,” we keep your answers so far with your email or mobile number.

4. What we collect automatically

When you visit, we receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working, to block spam and abuse, and to understand in general terms how the site is used.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden field to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to make that call.

5. How we use it

We use personal information to:

• reply to your message, calculator result or data brief;
• assess whether your records may be suitable for licensing, and follow up when you have asked us to;
• run, secure and improve the website, and prevent spam and fraud;
• meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and
• keep records of our dealings with you.

6. Business records you may share with us later

Our website does not collect your business files. If you decide to move forward, we agree on which systems and date ranges are in scope with you first, and we do not ask for access to anything until you have approved that scope.

Records often include personal information about your customers and employees. Customer and employee names, phones, emails and addresses are removed before any buyer sees a record. You remain responsible for having the right to license your records, and your lawyer should review the draft license before you sign.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share it only with:

• service providers who help us run the site and our business, under contract (listed in the next section);
• a buyer, but only for a specific deal that you have approved in writing, and only the records covered by the license;
• professional advisers, such as our lawyers and accountants, where needed;
• authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety or security; and
• a successor, if TrueLinkage or Livlumen LLC is involved in a merger, sale or similar change. We would tell you first where we can.

8. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate this website. They process information on our behalf and may only use it for that purpose.

• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery, spam protection (Turnstile) and cookie-free web analytics.
• Supabase: the database where we store form submissions and calculator answers.
• Resend: sending the email notifications we receive when you submit a form.
• Calendly: scheduling calls.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

If we add tools that set cookies, we will list them here and ask for consent where the law requires it.

10. Email and text messages

We email you to answer what you asked and to follow up on a calculator result or request. We do not send mass marketing email. Each message tells you how to opt out.

We only text a mobile number you gave us, and only about your request.

11. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and calculator answers for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete or anonymize them. We keep records of a deal for 7 years after it ends for legal and accounting reasons. Records created to meet a legal duty may be kept for as long as the law requires.

12. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to our database, and the principle of collecting only what we need. Our database credentials are never exposed in your browser.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires, and no later than 30 days.

13. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm it is really you first. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

14. Where data is processed

TrueLinkage is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

15. Children

This website is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

16. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where we have your email and the change affects how we use your information, tell you before it applies.
