Terms of use

The rules for using TrueLinkage.

Plain-language terms for our website and services.

Version 1.0Effective October 31, 2026Last updated October 31, 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of truelinkage.ai and the services we offer through it. TrueLinkage is a DBA of Livlumen LLC, a California limited liability company. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “TrueLinkage” mean Livlumen LLC doing business as TrueLinkage.

By using the website, using the calculator, or sending us a message, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. A signed licensing agreement, if we ever make one with you, has its own terms, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

2. Who can use TrueLinkage

You may use TrueLinkage only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you are using it for a business purpose, not as a consumer;
  • you have the authority to act for the company you tell us about; and
  • you are not barred from receiving services under United States sanctions or export laws.

3. What TrueLinkage does, and what it doesn’t promise

We help business owners license a copy of selected business records to AI companies and other data buyers. We act as an intermediary between you and a buyer. We are not the buyer, and we are not your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser.

We do not promise that any buyer will be interested in your records, that a deal will happen, or what a deal would pay. Many companies will not qualify, and we will tell you plainly if yours does not. Any figure on our website is an illustration, not an offer or a guarantee.

4. What you tell us

You are responsible for the information you give us in our forms, calculator and messages. It must be accurate and complete as far as you know, and you must have the right to share it. If something changes, tell us.

5. Your records, your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights, notices and consents needed to license your records before any deal. That includes rights over information about your customers, employees and other people, and any contractual limits on sharing. Ask your lawyer if you are unsure.

Unless we agree in writing, we do not want records containing health information, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or information about children, and you should not offer them.

We take names and other personal details out of records before any buyer sees them. That process reduces risk but cannot be perfect, and you should review what is delivered before it goes to a buyer.

6. Licensing deals

Each deal works like this:

  • Nothing goes to a buyer until you approve that specific deal in writing.
  • A deal is a license, not a sale. The buyer gets a copy of selected records for a stated purpose and term, and you keep your originals.
  • You see the draft license before you commit, and we encourage you to have your lawyer read it.
  • You can walk away at any point before you sign.
  • The signed license sets the purpose, term, limits and deletion obligations. It is an agreement between you and the buyer.

7. Fees and payments

You pay nothing to join, to be assessed or to ask questions. Our fee is $0 of the amount you are paid under a deal you approved, and we are paid only when that deal closes and you are paid. Every payment comes with a statement showing each deduction.

The page “How we get paid” summarizes this. The signed agreement is the governing document.

8. Calculator, estimates and tools

The calculator result, any estimate, and any guide or template we offer are rough aids to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not a valuation, an appraisal, an offer, or legal, tax or financial advice.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • give us information or records you do not have the right to share;
  • introduce malware or anything else that could harm the site or others;
  • scrape the site, probe it for weaknesses, or try to get around its protections (to report a vulnerability, email us);
  • overload the site or send us spam, including through automated tools; or
  • pretend to be someone else, or give us false information about who you are or whom you represent.

10. Who owns what

You keep ownership of your records and your information. We keep ownership of our website, brand, design and writing. You may not copy or reuse them except as these terms allow.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. Other companies’ services

Some features depend on other companies, such as hosting, e-signature or scheduling providers, and the website may link to other sites. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Buyers and other third parties

A license is between you and the buyer. We vet buyers as described on our website, but we do not control how a buyer uses data within the limits of the license. If you have a dispute with a buyer or anyone else, resolving it is between you and them, though we will help where we reasonably can.

13. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

14. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueLinkage and Livlumen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or the website is limited to the fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim.

15. If someone brings a claim because of you

You agree to defend and reimburse TrueLinkage and Livlumen LLC against third-party claims that arise from the records you offer or license, from information you gave us that was false, or from your breach of these terms or the law.

16. Ending things

You can stop using TrueLinkage at any time. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete what we hold by emailing [email protected], as our privacy policy describes. We can suspend or end access to the website if you break these terms or if we must by law.

Ending your use does not cancel a signed license or any payment already due. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, and governing law, will continue.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you agree to those courts. Before filing a claim, each side will give the other 30 days’ written notice and try in good faith to resolve it.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post it here with a new date at least 14 days before it applies and, where we have your email, tell you. Changes do not affect a license you have already signed.

19. General terms

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about your use of the website. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may give you notices by email or by posting them on the website.
